Photography has always been a hobby of mine, and with great interest I attended photography classes throughout my life at various colleges on the West Coast. These intense classes helped me to hone in on my artistic side and to help mold my unique photographic techniques. It wasn’t until I purchased my digital Canon that my photography became much more serious, and in early 2008 I began traveling with other photographers to various destinations both domestically and internationally. I would capture the essence of each destination with tremendous pleasure while behind the camera. It was then that I discovered that being behind the camera is when I felt most at home!  Photography is my continuous lesson of living in the moment. I capture that moment as I see it from my angle and I bring my unique personal history to that instant when I capture each photograph. Living in the moment and capturing it, is my way of sharing with the world how I see things creatively.  Photography helps me to express my personality and how I view this world we all live in without having to say a word. What pleases me the most with my photography is how my pictures illicit positive responses from those who view them. This is what gives me purpose and the ultimate fulfillment of an art form that shapes our lives.

Image Editor

Jorge’s career as an Image Editor has spanned the course of nearly fifteen years in both a personal and professional setting. When it comes to his role as image editor, Jorge’s primary focus is to edit photography with the goal of maximum visual impact.  In 2000, he began at Wild Flower as the Associate Photo Editor and went on to work for TruView in 2008 before joining TruLenz as the founding photography editor. Jorge maintains a deep working knowledge of the Canon EOS system and extensive experience in Digital Photography as well as Photographic Optics.  Throughout his career, he has been devoted to cultivating relationships with experienced photographers who represent a multitude of genres and now working together with Belen seems to make up the perfect team.  Whether editing residential or commercial real estate photography, his hands-on approach helps get the very best out of both the photographer and image.
